Food Access Is “Calling”
For three years in a row, Well Fed has partnered with Cricket Wireless to bring more than just healthy food to residents of Section 8 housing communities across central Arkansas.
Together, we’ve hosted mobile markets filled with fresh fruits, vegetables, and proteins—right where people live. Residents also receive healthy recipes created by registered dietitians and practical nutrition education that makes eating well easier and more enjoyable.
At each market, Cricket Wireless uses the opportunity to connect families to the Affordable Connectivity Program, a federal initiative designed to make internet and mobile service more affordable.
The collaboration helps address two critical needs—nutrition security and digital access—making it easier for families to stay healthy, informed, and connected to opportunity.
Partnerships like this show how local businesses can make a real difference in their communities. If your company offers a product or service that benefits underserved communities and you want to increase food access, click the button below.
Together, we can make health and opportunity accessible to everyone.
